Built for bite suits. This is the fastener decoy gear is made with: the sliding bar lets you set strap length exactly where you want it, and once the strap is under load the buckle neither opens on its own nor lets the strap creep longer. Release the tension and the length adjusts again in a second - so a jacket or pant strap can be re-fitted between sessions, or between decoys, without any tools.

Use it for bite suit jackets and pants, leg and shoulder straps, hidden sleeves, scratch pants, and any protective gear that has to hold under a full-power hit and still come off fast.
