The system requires a property of over 32,000 sq ft (3,000 m²) with a clear line of sight to the sky. It's built for farms, acreage and wide open yards — and is not suited to standard residential lots or dense urban yards with tall trees or closely built structures. Check your property size before ordering.

How does it work?

Using the dedicated app you set up to 30 boundary points around your property. When your dog approaches the edge, Dogtra's Come Home sequence triggers warning tones and a return reminder that guide them back toward the safe zone — with a warning zone before any correction is applied.

App setup and alerts

The app is required for initial setup only. After setup the collar runs entirely on its own — no app needed to keep it working. Alerts and status updates appear only within Bluetooth range (about 33 ft). Out of range there are no app alerts, but the collar keeps functioning normally.
