The PE-900 Pro Educator by E-Collar Technologies is the pro version of the bar-style transmitter. It's built for the most demanding professional trainers who want granular, precise control, and it ships in a padded case.

What sets the PE-900 apart

Beyond the bar transmitter's capabilities, the PE-900 adds three unique modes: Ramp (gradually raises stimulation from a base level to a higher one over a second or two, like a volume dial), Ramp Boost and Instant. The transmitter can also be programmed from a computer over USB to tailor the training experience to each dog. It includes smooth "blunt" stimulation with 100 levels, a Boost (1–60), COS technology, the MaxStim and Lock & Set safety functions, and a night light from the transmitter.
