FAQ

What's the difference between the 1900X HANDSFREE and the 1200X HANDSFREE?
It's the same kit. 1900X is the US model name; 1200X is the European name.

What is the HANDSFREE SQUARE?
A small wireless button worn on your finger, wrist or gear. You program it with one e-collar function — for example Nick, Continuous, vibration, Boost, light or tone — and press it instead of the transmitter button.

How does this differ from the standard 1900X?
The collar and transmitter are the same. This kit adds a HANDSFREE SQUARE for hands-free control.

Can I train more than one dog?
Yes, the transmitter expands to up to 3 dogs, and up to 14 Squares can be paired.

Is it waterproof?
The transmitter and receiver are rated IPX9K. The HANDSFREE SQUARE itself is not waterproof, so keep it out of the water.

Important notes

• Stimulation level should be matched to each dog individually
• Do not leave the collar on your dog's neck for more than 10 hours at a time
• Do not attach a leash to the e-collar strap
• Fit may vary by breed, coat and neck shape — check sizing before purchase
